How can I add you to my Safe Senders Email list (All BR)

Jurisdiction: All BR

Gmail:

In order to mark us as a Safe Sender in Gmail, you will need to add us to your Contacts:

• Select 'Contacts' from your options at the left of your inbox.
• Select 'Create Contact'.
• Enter the initials of <State> followed by 'support@betrivers.com' and click 'Save'.

Yahoo:

In order to mark us as a Safe Sender in Yahoo, you will need to add us to your Contacts:

• Click on your address book and select 'Contacts'.
• Click 'New Contact'.
• Enter the initials of <State> followed by 'support@betrivers.com' and click 'Save'.

Apple Mail:

In order to mark us as a Safe Sender in Apple Mail, you will need to add us to your Contacts:

• Open the Address Book from the Launchpad, Dock, or Applications Folder.
• Click the + symbol below the contact list.
• Enter our name (BetRivers) - and email (initials of <State> followed by 'support@betrivers.com').
• Finish by selecting 'Done', choosing 'Save' from the File Menu, or pressing Command+S on a MAC.

Outlook '03, '07, and Express:

• Click 'Actions', located in your toolbar at the top.
• Click 'Junk E-mail'.
• Click 'Junk E-mail Options'.
• Select the tab labeled 'Safe Sender'.
• Click 'Add'.
• Enter the initials of <State> followed by 'support@betrivers.com' and click 'OK'.

Outlook '10:

• Click on the tab labeled 'Home'.
• Click 'Junk'.
• On the drop-down, select 'Junk E-mail Options'.
• Select the tab labeled 'Safe Sender'.
• Enter the initials of <State> followed by 'support@betrivers.com' and click 'OK'.

Hotmail:

If you receive an e-mail from us successfully, you will see an option to 'Mark as safe' and 'Add to contacts'. You may use either option to add us as a safe sender automatically.

If you are not receiving e-mails, however, you will need to follow these steps:

• Log in and click on 'Options'.
• Under 'Show options for', select, 'Hotmail'.
• Click 'Safe and blocked senders'.
• Under 'Safe and blocked senders', select 'Safe senders'.
• Enter the initials of <State> followed by 'support@betrivers.com' and click 'Add to List'

Verizon:

Here's how to add us as a safe sender using Verizon e-mail:

• Select 'Options'.
• Select 'Block Senders'.
• In the 'Safe List', enter the initials of <State> followed by 'support@betrivers.com' and click 'OK'.
